Terms and Conditions

  1. The offer is open to businesses in the United Kingdom

  2. The offer is only available for direct business referrals, it excludes referrals via intermediaries.

  3. Reward will be payable for the successful introduction of a business that is not already a prospective customer on the Regency Factors database and has not had any prior communication by a Regency Factors employee.

  4. The reward amount will be £750 for customers in the United Kingdom.

  5. Regency Factors may decline to offer terms to any prospective customer based on eligibility criteria. This criterion includes, but is not limited to, assessment of the client’s company turnover, ledger/debtor profile, ledger concentration levels.

  6. Regency Factors reserves the right to amend the eligibility criteria at any time.

  7. ​Regency Factors may decline to offer terms to a prospective client for any reason.

  8. Payable to the referring client within one month, following the activation of the new client account.

  9. Regency Factors reserves the right to terminate this offer at any time without notice.

  10. Not available in conjunction with any other offer.
