‘Regency Factors Limited (in Administration) & Regency Trade Finance Limited (in Administration) (“the Companies”)

 

The Companies ceased to trade and entered into administration on the 15 June 2026 with Geoffrey Paul Rowley & Patrick Donnan of FRP Advisory Trading Limited appointed as Joint Administrators.

 

The business, affairs and property of the Companies are being dealt with by the Joint Administrators who act as agents of the Companies and strictly without personal liability.
